Welcome to the Online Student Enrollment for Tahoe Truckee Unified School District. This website is the first step in the process to register a new student (not currently enrolled within our district) for school. Information about the student, such as emergency contacts, medical, and language information will be required. A current email address is required to begin this process.
PLEASE NOTE: If your child is an INTER-DISTRICT STUDENT (Placer County, Sierra Plumas County, Washoe County or from another out of district area), and you have not received official notification of your child's school assignment with additional registration information, you may NOT register until you have received that notification in the mail. Inter-District school attendance requests are reviewed each academic year. Families must apply every year to request inter-district enrollment approval. The forms are available from the Tahoe Truckee School Districts website. Located in the parent/student section, select forms for downloading and printing.
Upon completion, please print two copies of the confirmation form, a copy for the school and one for yourself. You will need to bring the following:
- Immunization records
- Birth certificate
- One proof of residency. Proof of residency may include a mortgage statement/rental agreement or a utility bill (gas, electric, or water).
- If your student is in Kindergarten or 1st Grade, a physical is required 18 months prior to entry into the first grade or within 90 days after.
If registering a new student for the current school year, please contact the middle/high school for an enrollment appointment, or go directly to your school of attendance for elementary school after you have completed the online registration process. If transferring from another school district, please request student files as soon as possible.
