Welcome to Placer Hills Union School District’s Aeries Online Registration!


Welcome to the Online Student Enrollment for Placer Hills Union School District. This website is the first step in the process to register a new student for school who has not previously been enrolled within our district. Information about the student, such as emergency contacts, medical, and language information will be required. A current email address is required to begin this process. If your mailing address is different than your residence address, please make sure to include both addresses. This will ensure that school mailings are sent to the correct address.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are enrolling your child as an INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER STUDENT (i.e. from Ackerman, Auburn Union, Colfax, or another out-of-district area), you will first need to go to your district of residence and complete an Interdistrict Transfer Request form. Families must apply every year to request Interdistrict enrollment approval.

If you are unable to complete the process during one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time by selecting the Login button.

To get started registering a new student, click the Enroll A New Student button. Once an account has been created, you can enroll additional students.

If you would like to reprint or review students previously registered click the Login button.

Forms to be uploaded or delivered to your school of enrollment:
  1. Please print two copies of the confirmation page when online enrollment is complete: a copy for the school and one for yourself.
  2. Immunization records: Students whose immunizations are not up-to-date will not be allowed to attend school.
  3. Proof of age document: A copy of Birth Certificate.
  4. Proof of School Entry Health Exam REQUIRED PRIOR TO 1ST GRADE 
  6. Proof of residency document: Proof of residency may include a mortgage statement/rental agreement or a utility bill (gas, electric, or water).


Please note that the school site secretaries will contact you when they return at the beginning of August with first day of school information. 

If any information needs to be updated after you have finished your online enrollment, please contact your school office.
